The residential building Unterheydener Straße 21a is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The half-timbered house was built in the 18th century and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on December 4th, 1984 under No. U 002 .

In the old settlement center of Heyden there is a group of several half-timbered houses on Unterheydener Straße.

architecture

The half-timbered house no. 21 is the nucleation of the street side gabled old half-timbered house from about the 18th century. It is closely related to house number 23a. The building that belonged together was evidently divided by dividing inheritance and property. The half-timbered buildings on Unterheydener Strasse are worth protecting as a monument.
