Integrity of the legal order

The integrity of the legal system , also: inviolability of the legal system , is a police-law term from the danger prevention and describes the continuation of the legal system . It is part of the definition of the constituent element of public security , as it appears in the general clauses under police law . It is the task of every state to counteract the dangers to the legal order, either through prevention or repression . These dangers are averted by public officials , mostly law enforcement officers .

This police action is brought about by measures . Depending on police law, it is directed against the disruption of public safety and / or order , more precisely at the originator and thus the addressee of the measure, the person responsible for the police as the person responsible for the situation. Measures to avert danger, such as substitute measures , security under police law, the levying of fines or police custody can be directed against him .
