The Urdok Glacier is located in the eastern Karakoram in the Shaksgam Valley annexed by China .
The Urdok Glacier has a length of 25 km. It flows in a northerly direction, separating the Siachen Muztagh in the east from the Baltoro Muztagh in the west. In the west and south, the catchment area of the glacier is framed by the following mountains: Gasherbrum I ( 8068 m ), Sia Kangri ( 7422 m ) and Urdok I ( 7250 m ). The small Saga glacier flows into the Urdok glacier on the left. The 5764 m high Indira Col forms a transition to the Siachen Glacier in the south . The Urdok Glacier flows into the Shaksgam River .
