The Usipoka ( Danau Usipoka , Danau Oesipoka ) is the largest lake in the Indonesian island of Roti in the province of East Nusa Tenggara on the Lesser Sunda Islands .

Usipoka is located at 20  m above sea level in the Landu Leko district ( Rote Ndao administrative district ) on the Tapuafu peninsula , which forms the north of the Roti island. There are several small islands in the lake. Ondo in the center, Tanunu in the southern part, Aifo in the north and two other small islands.

With a content of 18.8 g / kg, the water is very salty, there may be a connection to the sea. The water depth is up to 245  m .
