Uta Kühnen

Uta Kühnen (born August 7, 1975 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German judoka .

She started judo in the fall of 1980 at the Jola Judo School in Baden-Baden , because her two older sisters were already judoka and she emulated her sisters. Your first trainer was Christa Hoffmann.

In February 1994 she moved to Berlin , where Uta Kühnen attended the sports-oriented Werner Seelenbinder School and completed her training at the federal base in Berlin, first under Uwe Müller, then with Detlef Ultsch and Jochen Bech .

In 1998 Uta Kühnen moved to SC Berlin .

Uta Kühnen participated in the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000 and in Athens in 2004 .
