Uta Rohrschneider

Uta Rohrschneider (born October 16, 1963 in Hanover ) is a German non-fiction author and management consultant.

Life

After studying psychology (focus: diagnostics, industrial and organizational psychology) and labor law, Uta Rohrschneider worked in Human Resources Management at Aachen Münchener Versicherung from 1991 to 1993 . From 1993 to 1996 she was responsible for personnel development at Merten GmbH . She has been working as a management consultant since 1997 and, together with Michael Lorenz (author), is the managing partner of grow.up. Management Consulting GmbH in Gummersbach.
