Michael Lorenz (Author)

Michael Lorenz (born May 10, 1963 in Unna ) is a German non-fiction author and management consultant .

Life

After studying psychology (focus: diagnostics , work and organizational psychology ) as well as labor law and business administration , Lorenz worked from 1988 to 2000 as a trainer , consultant and later managing director for Kienbaum management consultancy in Gummersbach . In 1997 he was appointed to the management board as a member and partner. From 1998 to 2000 he was managing director of Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH.

Since 2001 he has been running grow.up. together with Uta Rohrschneider as managing partner. Management Consulting GmbH in Gummersbach. With Rohrschneider he published numerous publications on the topics of leadership , personnel development , personnel management , career planning , application strategy and work psychology .
