Ute Bitterlich (* 1965 ) is a former German volleyball player .
Ute Bitterlich was a 51-time national player for the women's volleyball national team of the GDR , with whom she reached the semifinals of the World Cup in Prague in 1986 . With her club SC Traktor Schwerin , the outside attacker won the FDGB Cup in 1988 and 1990 . After the turnaround, Bitterlich played for Bundesliga club VG Alstertal - Harksheide .
