The Utsjoki ( North Sami Ohcejohka ) is a river in northernmost Finland .
It arises as an outflow from the lake Mierasjärvi and flows into the Tanaelva ( Tenojoki ) after approx. 50 km near Utsjoki . The river runs in a south-north direction. The Utsjoki flows through several elongated lakes, the landscape has the character of a low mountain range .
