Utvandrarnas väg (German: Emigration Road) is the name of a tourist route in southern Sweden that is reminiscent of the mass emigration in the 19th century . More than a million people emigrated from Sweden between 1840 and 1930, the main destination being the United States .

The route leads through the provinces of Kalmar län , Kronobergs län and Blekinge län . It begins in Eriksmåla ( municipality of Emmaboda ) and leads via Emmaboda , Langasjö , Eringsboda , Hallabro , Backaryd , Bräkne-Hoby and Hallaryd to Karlshamn . From Karlshamn, the emigrants emigrated to America by ship.

As an alternative to the road, there is a bike and hiking trail that deviates slightly from the route.

In Karlshamn there is a memorial reminiscent of the wave of emigration, in Växjö the Utvandrarnas Hus in the street named after Vilhelm Moberg , who deals with emigration in novels, commemorates the time of emigration.
