Uwe Adler (politician)

Uwe Adler (* 1974 in Brandenburg ) is a German politician of the SPD . He has been a member of the Brandenburg state parliament since 2019 .

Life

Adler joined the police force in 1993 and completed his studies at a university of applied sciences for public administration , which he completed with an examination for a degree in administrative management . Most recently he worked as a detective at the Brandenburg State Criminal Police Office .

Adler joined the SPD in 2004. He has been a member of the Potsdam City Council since 2016 .

In the state elections in Brandenburg in 2019 , he was directly elected to the state parliament of Brandenburg in constituency 19 (Potsdam-Mittelmark III / Potsdam III) . He won the direct mandate "surprisingly" against Saskia Ludwig with 25.3% of the first votes .

Uwe Adler is married, has two children and lives with his family in Potsdam- Bornstedt .
