Uwe Brandt (musician)
Uwe Brandt (* 1957 in Saarbrücken ) is a German pianist and music teacher.
As a pianist he has made a name for himself internationally with concerts and CD recordings. David Todd , Tuncay Yilmaz , Klaus Trumpf , Joshua Epstein and, most recently, Hande Özyürek were accompanied by Brandt while recording their albums. Brandt has been a lecturer at the Saar University of Music in Saarbrücken since 1984 . As director of the Sulzbach-Fischbachtal music school, he has also been responsible for around 950 students and 40 teachers since 2003.
