Uwe Huebner (born April 13, 1961 in Pforzheim ) is a German television and radio presenter .

Career

After starting out as a journalist, speaker, editor and dramaturge, Uwe Hübner began his screen career on March 11, 1986.

At the SDR in Stuttgart, where Hübner started his editorial career in 1985 as assistant to the head of the evening program, he was soon also to be seen as a program announcer, then in the same function at the SWF in Baden-Baden and its cultural channel Eins Plus . In 1987, Hübner moderated the quiz program word for word from place to place in the evening program , which was discontinued after only four weeks of broadcasting. In June 1988 RTL Plus brought him in as a presenter from public television for the new student quiz class! to Cologne, he took over the rate show Spiegelei and made it his main presenter in the evening program in addition to his work as an editor.

From January 10, 1990 to the end of 2000, he presented the monthly ZDF hit parade and the annual hits of the year (a total of 123 shows). Other ZDF shows moderated by him were z. B. Uwe Hübner has been socially committed for many years. From 1999 he was ambassador of the German Red Cross for more than ten years .
