The V Tower is a high-rise in the Nusle district of Prague in the immediate vicinity of other high-rise buildings on the Pankrác- Höhe. It is the tallest residential building in the Czech Republic.

construction

After the project designed by the architect Radan Hubička had been planned for a long time, the investor changed and the Luxembourg Aceur Group started building the high-rise after receiving the building permit in 2015. Construction was completed in February 2018. The name is derived from the shape of the building, the letter V stands for Victoria and is intended to symbolize openness and freedom.

Awards

The V Tower honored in the High Rise Architecture category at the International Property Awards 2015–2016. For environmentally conscious construction, energy efficiency and intelligent heating and cooling systems, it was also the first residential complex in Europe to receive LEED Platinum certification .
