Valérie Lambert (born September 29, 1988 in Sherbrooke ) is a Canadian short tracker .

She started speed skating at the age of four and later switched to the short track. She starts for the club CPV Sherbrooke and is trained at the performance center in Montreal by Sébastien Cros and Jeffrey Scholten. In 2005, Lambert started for the first time in the national championships in the adult area, but could not place in the front ranks. The first international championship played Lambert in 2007. At the Junior World Championship in Ostrava , she finished tenth in the all- around competition and won bronze in the relay. In the 2007/08 season she made her debut in the World Cup and achieved seventh place over 500 m in her first race. At the Junior World Championship inBolzano , however, repeated winning the bronze medal with the relay. In the following season 2008/09 Lambert reached a semifinals in the World Cup several times over 500 m and 1000 m. Lambert was only able to qualify for the Canadian World Cup team again in the 2010/11 season , and celebrated their best World Cup results so far at the home World Cups in Montreal and Québec . Over 500 m she was third once and with the relay once second and once third.
