Val Costainas
The Val Costainas is a right side valley of the Val Muraunza in the extreme south-east of Switzerland , north of the Stilfserjoch .
The valley lies in the territory of the municipality of Val Müstair and is traversed by the Aua da Prasüra, which rises in the Lai da Costainas and flows into the Muranzina at the Punt Teal ( 1883 m above sea level ) . A hiking trail leads through the valley up to Piz Cotschen ( 3,026 m above sea level ) and on to the Stilfserjoch in South Tyrol .
