Valentina Čeplevičiūtė
Valentina Čeplevičiūtė (born August 17, 1954 in Vilkaviškis ) is a Lithuanian journalist .
Life
After graduating from the Salomėja Nėris Middle School in Vilkaviškis in 1972 , she completed her diploma in journalism at the Vilniaus Universitetas History Faculty . From 1982 to 1984 she continued her studies at the Department of Journalism of the Komsomol University in Moscow .
From 1973 to 1982 she worked in the local newspaper "Pergalė" of the district community of Vilkaviškis and from 1984 to 1989 in the daily newspaper " Komjaunimo tiesa ", from 1989 in the daily newspaper " Respublika ". From 2002 to 2007 she was editor-in-chief of the daily newspaper " Lietuvos žinios " and then she works for Veidas magazine .
