Valentina De Poli (born September 2, 1968 in Milan , Italy ) is an Italian journalist . She is the second woman to become editor-in-chief of the Italian youth magazine "Topolino".

Life

Valentina De Poli completed a high school and then studied at DAMS in Bologna. De Poli was initially a swimming instructor before she began working with the "Topolino" in 1987. At the time, she was hired to respond to letters from young readers. In 1998 she left "Topolino" and moved to the publishing house Gruner + Jahr , where she stayed for three years. Initially, she was chief of staff there and later became deputy editor-in-chief.

In 2001 she returned to Disney , was editor-in-chief of Witch until 2007 and then became second editor-in-chief, after Claretta Muci , of "Topolino". Since 2012 she has also been editor-in-chief of the “Paperinik Appgrade”.
