Valentinas Miltienis
Valentinas Miltienis (born October 22, 1960 ) is a Lithuanian manager and politician , Vice Minister of Finance.
Life
After graduating from secondary school in Soviet Lithuania , Valentinas Miltienis completed a degree in economics at the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics and Finance of the Vilniaus universitetas in Vilnius . For several years he worked as the head of a marketing and commercial department in the retail company UAB “ Palink ” and then at UAB “Synergy Consulting”. From 2000 he worked as a director in the Finance and Accounting Department at the National Payment Agency (NMA) at the Ministry of Agriculture of Lithuania, and from 2003 to 2005 he headed this agency as a director. From September 5, 2007 he was Vice Minister at the Ministry of Finance of Lithuania . From July 2010 he headed the municipal water utility Vilniaus vandenys .
