The Girl with the Cat's Eyes is a German crime film directed by Eugen York from 1958 . The film premiered on November 28, 1958.
action
A group of car thieves, led by the leader Carlo Gormann, steals cars on a large scale in Hamburg. They use a remote workshop to repaint the stolen cars and then export them. The nightclub Rio Rita Bar on the Reeperbahn serves as their headquarters.
When the young Katja returns to her alcoholic father in Hamburg, he is not very happy. When she got a job as a dancer in the Rio Rita Bar, she soon sensed why her father was so negative. He is the owner of the workshop and is blackmailed into cooperation by the gang.
In the bar, she meets inspector Norbert Wilms, who is already on the trail of car thieves, and Katja confides in him. When the noose tightens around Gormann, he flees. Finally, the police arrested Gormann on a ship in the port of Hamburg.
