The Valle Largo (Spanish for Long Valley ) is a valley on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located south of Cerro Chonos and north of Cerro Selknam on the west side of Cape Shirreff at the northern end of the John Paul II Peninsula .
Scientists of the 45th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1990–1991) gave it its descriptive name.
