The VanCamel AG was incorporated in 2005 German - Chinese clothing brand based in Cologne and headquarters in Shishi (Quanzhou) .

Companies

The company markets and sells clothing and shoes in 2200 "VanCamel Shops" in the People's Republic under the fashion label. The target group of the products are men of the upper middle class between the ages of 25 and 40 years. In 2012 VanCamel organized a fashion show together with Mercedes-Benz at the China Fashion Week. The 2000th VanCamel Shop was opened in the same year.

VanCamel AG had been listed on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since October 11, 2013 . It has a branch in Hamburg . When the company went public, the 15,000,000 bearer shares were offered at a price of EUR 2.50. After the initial listing, 73.70% of the shares were owned by the company's management board, Mr. Xiaming Ke.

Trading in the share ceased in September 2015 on the German stock exchange.
