Van Honsebrouck Brewery

Van Honsebrouck is a Belgian brewery in the West Flanders municipality of Ingelmunster . The brewery is a member of the BELGIAN FAMILY BREWERS company .

history

The brewery was founded in 1900 by the married couple Louisa and Emiel Van Honsebrouck on a small farm in Ingelmunster. Their sons Paul and Ernst continued the family business from 1922 until the third generation of the founding family, the brewery engineer Luc Van Honsebrouck, took over the management of the brewery; Luc Van Honsebrouck celebrated his 50th brewing anniversary in 2005 and published a book about his long professional life at the Van Honsebrouck private brewery .
