Vanessa Busse

Vanessa Busse (born October 1, 1980 in Günzburg ; † October 5, 2017 in Augsburg ) was a German author who worked as a singer under the pseudonym Vanessa Saturn .

Life

Busse grew up in Bavaria, studied business administration and lived in Baden-Württemberg, Berlin, Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka) and most recently in Augsburg. As a child she enjoyed reading science fiction novels and soon began writing in the genre herself. Her first work was the novel Vampire Against Will . She wrote for the series Raumschiff Promet and for the publishing house Peter Hopf in the book series Retro-SF.

Under the artist name "Vanessa Saturn" she released some songs in collaboration with the musician Boy 83.

Vanessa Busse died at the age of 37.
