The Varvara Cove (English; Bulgarian залив Варвара saliw Warwara ) is a 3.3 km wide and 1.9 km long bay on the southwest coast of Nelson Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It lies between the headlands The Toe and Ross Point .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after the town of Varwara in southeastern Bulgaria .
