The Vecoplan AG is a German company for machinery and equipment of resources and recycling sector for crushing, conveying and processing of timber , biomass , plastics , paper , recyclable materials as well as household and industrial waste , based in Bad Marienberg .

The systems and components are developed and produced by Vecoplan and sold worldwide in the wood processing and waste processing segments.

The subsidiary Vecoplan LLC started business operations for the North American market in 2000.

In 2008 around 350 employees work at production and sales locations in Germany, Austria, the USA, Great Britain and Russia.

In the 2008 (2007) financial year, consolidated sales of 114.7 (106.2) million euros (according to IFRS, consolidated) were achieved. The company is 100% owned by MAX Automation AG, Düsseldorf . Vecoplan AG is a member of the Association of German Mechanical and Plant Engineering (VDMA) and the Federal Association of the German Waste Management Industry (BDE).
