Vegard Robinson Bugge (born December 7, 1989 in Horten ) is a Norwegian road cyclist .

Vegard Robinson Bugge won a stage each in 2008 at the Grenland Grand Prix, the Eidsvollrittet and the Trønderfestivalen. He also won the overall standings in the U23 Kalas Cup / Norgescup races. The next year he again won a day at the Eidsvollrittet, as well as a stage each at the Roserittet DNV Grand Prix and at the Tønsberg 4-Dagers. At the end of the season he drove for the Danish team Designa Køkken as a stagiaire . Bugge has been driving for the Norwegian Continental Team Joker Merida since 2010 . In his first season there he won the first stage at the Fana Sykkelfestival. In 2011 he was sixth in the U23 event of the Ronde van Vlaanderen , third in the Tour of Norway and Norwegian U23 champion in road racing.
