The Vent Point (from English vent 'vent' ; Polish Przylądek Gardzieli 'Cape throat' ) is a rocky headland in the southwest of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is west of Nebles Point on the shores of Maxwell Bay .
Polish scientists named them after the fumaroles located here .
