Vera Loos

Vera Loos (* 1955 in Saarlouis ) is a German visual artist and literary translator .

Life

Vera Loos studied applied linguistics and art history at the Saarland University and the University of Nantes . She lives and works as a painter in Saarbrücken.

She has translated numerous novels from Hebrew, including by David Grossman , Batya Gur , Amos Oz and Meir Shalev , and has written a textbook for Hebrew.
