Prohibited Items
In Germany, prohibited items are weapons and ammunition which, according to Annex 2 of Section 2, Paragraphs 2 to 4 of the Weapons Act (so-called weapons list ), are defined as "prohibited to use".
These include:
- fully automatic firearms (e.g. submachine guns and machine guns )
- sawed-off shotguns, short pump guns and rifles that can be dismantled quickly
- Precision slingshots (slingshots with armrests and comparable devices)
- Weapons disguised as other objects (e.g. stick sword , shooting ballpoint pen , belt buckle knife)
- Target lighting (e.g. laser pointer , if mounted on a weapon or provided with a mounting device)
- Nunchucks
- Brass knuckles
- Throwing stars
- Butterfly , drop , spring and fist knives
- Molotov cocktails
- unapproved Reizstoffsprühgeräte and stun guns
- Sub-caliber sabot bullets
- Tracer and hard core bullets
