from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A dispatch notification (also: dispatch note) is an accompanying document for cross-border goods transport.

A T1 is used to transport non- Union goods within the EU . The transit procedure can be opened electronically (via NCTS ) or by hand. In the electronic opening is the packing slip a MRN (Master Reference Number , dt. About shipment reference number ) is assigned. In the handwritten opening is at the competent customs office a VAB no. (No. from the dispatch note preparation book ) opened. The handwritten procedure is used nowadays as an emergency procedure.

A distinction is made between the following shipping notes:

T1 For non-Community goods (former term: customs goods) in the Community transit procedure .
T2 For community goods (former term: free goods) when transported through a non-EU country .
T- For non-Union goods and Union goods that are transported by truck.
T2L Movement certificate or proof of preference for goods of statistically free circulation,
ie for non-Union goods or EU Union goods that have already been cleared
