A dispatch notification (also: dispatch note) is an accompanying document for cross-border goods transport.

A T1 is used to transport non- Union goods within the EU . The transit procedure can be opened electronically (via NCTS ) or by hand. Information

The following data must be given in the shipping note (starting at the top):

Furthermore, a border crossing must be entered when passing through a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland ). When backing up with an invoice, the invoice must be entered as a submitted document.
