Dispatch declaration
A dispatch notification (also: dispatch note) is an accompanying document for cross-border goods transport.
A T1 is used to transport non- Union goods within the EU . The transit procedure can be opened electronically (via NCTS ) or by hand. In the electronic opening is the packing slip a MRN (Master Reference Number , dt. About shipment reference number ) is assigned. In the handwritten opening is at the competent customs office a VAB no. (No. from the dispatch note preparation book ) opened. The handwritten procedure is used nowadays as an emergency procedure.
A distinction is made between the following shipping notes:

Information
The following data must be given in the shipping note (starting at the top):
- Transmitter receiver
- Total number of positions
- Total number of packages ( packages )
- Country of dispatch / country of destination
- Identification of the means of transport / if applicable also semitrailer or trailer and country of registration
- AWB no., Number of pieces, weight,
- Customs tariff number
- Total weight (gross weight)
- Principal number
- Office of departure / destination
- Number of closures (Tyden Seal - customs seal ) (if not secured by identification, e.g. commercial invoice, packing list or similar)
- last day of the deadline
Furthermore, a border crossing must be entered when passing through a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland ). When backing up with an invoice, the invoice must be entered as a submitted document. The correct description of the goods (for machines, vehicles, etc., the chassis number or production number) must be entered on this invoice. This method is often used for collection trucks that load non-community goods in several places .
