history
Versus Sunrise was founded in 2003 in the Hochsauerlandkreis , North Rhine-Westphalia . They signed a record deal with the label Yonah Records , on which the debut album The Pleasure and the Pain was released in 2009 . The producer was Sebastian Levermann, who also looks after the power metal band Orden Ogan . The reviews were average to good.
style
Versus Sunrise play an almost melodic Deathcore with Metalcore influences, but forego pig squeals . Synthetic sounds are occasionally used.
