The administration building of Dresdner Eisenhochbau is located in the Radebeul industrial area , at Meißner Straße 23. It was built around 1905 for the Dresdner Eisenhochbau company .

The two-storey administration building, including the enclosure, is a listed building . The elongated structure stands along the street on the southwest side of the main road; As a front building, it is the street-facing closure of factory buildings that extend far into the property.

The smoothly plastered building standing on a plinth with a tiled hipped roof is constructed symmetrically.
