Administrative community Laucha-Black oak

In the administrative community of Laucha-Schwarzeiche of the Saalekreis in Saxony-Anhalt , two municipalities were united to handle administrative business. The name comes from the two rivers Laucha and Black Oak .

The municipalities

history

The administrative community was initially dissolved with effect from March 22, 2005. The city of Schafstädt was incorporated into the Bad Lauchstädt administrative community , Delitz am Berge became a unified municipality free of administrative associations .

The municipality of Delitz am Berge appealed against the dissolution. By order of April 5, 2005, the Halle (Saale) administrative court ruled that the Laucha-Schwarzeiche administrative community with the member communities of Schafstädt and Delitz am Berge continued to exist.

On January 1, 2008, the administrative community was dissolved and the two communities incorporated into the city of Bad Lauchstädt .
