About this picture

In the administrative community of Bad Lauchstädt in the Saalekreis , two municipalities were united to handle administrative business. The VG was formed on January 1, 2005 from the formerly administrative community-free city of Bad Lauchstädt and the communities Klobikau and Milzau as well as the city of Schafstädt from the dissolved administrative community Laucha-Schwarzeiche . Delitz am Berge became a unified municipality free of administrative associations .

The municipality of Delitz am Berge appealed against the dissolution. By order of April 5, 2005, the Halle (Saale) administrative court ruled that the Laucha-Schwarzeiche administrative community with the member communities of Schafstädt and Delitz am Berge continued to exist.

On January 1, 2008, the city of Schafstädt and the communities of Delitz am Berge and Klobikau were incorporated into the city of Bad Lauchstädt .

With the incorporation of the municipality of Milzau into the city of Bad Lauchstädt on January 1, 2010, the administrative community was dissolved.

The administrative community had an area of 85.36 km² and 9445 inhabitants (December 31, 2008).
