Administrative community Neukieritzsch

The Neukieritzsch administrative association was an administrative association in the Free State of Saxony in the Leipziger Land district . It was agreed between the communities of Neukieritzsch and Lobstädt . With the incorporation of Lobstädt into Neukieritzsch, the administrative community was dissolved.

location

It was in the center of the district, around 25 kilometers south of the city of Leipzig and around 10 kilometers northwest of the district town of Borna . The community area was in the Leipzig lowland bay in the newly developed Leipzig New Lakeland . In addition to the already existing storage basins Witznitz and Borna , the Kahnsdorfer See and the Hainer See are currently being flooded. The Pleiße flows through the community area. The federal highway 176 runs through the community area. The federal motorway 38 is only about 15 kilometers away after completion. The Leipzig – Chemnitz railway line also runs through the community area.
