Veterinary Office (Switzerland)
The veterinary office or the veterinary service ( French Service de la consommation et des affaires vétérinaire , Italian Ufficio del veterinario cantonale ), although other terms are used in some cantons , is an organizational unit at the cantonal level that is subordinate to a cantonal department. The office is responsible for the veterinary system, which usually covers animal welfare , animal health , dog care and food safety ( meat hygiene) includes. Areas of responsibility
