The Vfl Neuhofen is a sports club based in the municipality of Neuhofen in the Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis in Rhineland-Palatinate .
history
In 1951, TG Neuhofen (founded in 1891) and the soccer clubs Viktoria 06 Neuhofen and Vorwärts Neuhofen (founded 1925) merged to form VfL Neuhofen. In 2020 the association has the departments of aikido , soccer , athletics , table tennis and gymnastics .
The club's first football team played from 1953 to 1956 in the first Southwest amateur league , which was then the third highest class. In the 2019/20 season, VfL Neuhofen plays in the B-Class Rhein-Mittelhaardt Nord.
