Viačeslav Škil
Viačeslav Škil (born May 11, 1947 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian politician .
Life
In 1966 he graduated as an engineer - electrician the Electromechanics - pilot Vilnius , 1973, the diploma in mechanics in Leningrad , 1979, the Party School of the Communist Party and in 1990 the study of economics in Moscow . In 1981 he received his PhD in history . From 1983 he taught as a lecturer. From 1974 to 1989 he worked as an apparatchik at Lietuvos komunistų partija , from 1990 to 1994 at UAB "ODA-LUX" as director, from 1994 to 2004 at "Teisita". From 2000 to 2003 he was a member of Visagina's city council and from 2004 to 2008 of the Seimas .
Since 2003 he has been a member of the Darbo partija .
