Vicky Metcalf Award
The Vicky Metcalf Award is one of the most prestigious Canadian literary prizes .
The award is given to writers whose work inspires Canadian youth . The prize has been awarded annually since 1963. It is named after Vicky Metcalf . In 2002, the Canadian Writers 'Association presented the award to the Writers' Trust of Canada.
