Victor Sittel

Victor Sittel (* around 1834; † November 8, 1895 in Düsseldorf ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Victor Sittel studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn . In 1857 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Bonn . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1868 he was appointed bailiff of the Usingen office. After the establishment of the Reich in 1871, he joined the civil service of the German Reich. From 1871 to 1880 he was district director of the Hagenau district , from 1880 to 1883 of the Bolchen district and from 1883 to 1888 of the Metz district . Then he returned to the Prussian administrative service. Most recently he was regional councilor in Düsseldorf until his death in 1895 .
