Victoria Aveyard

Victoria Aveyard (born July 27, 1990 in East Longmeadow , Massachusetts ) is an American author of books for young people.

Life

Aveyard graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2012 . She publishes novels, five of which have also been published in German. It is in The Color of Blood- series about a dystopia that in a distant, post-apocalyptic playing future in the North American northeast. There are feudal structures of rule, with the brutally ruling elite consisting of so-called silvers (silver) who have supernatural powers.
