The BSC Rehberge 1945 is a German sports club from Berlin-Wedding . Home of the club is the Rehberge Stadium , which is located in the Rehberge Park.
Football department
The BSC Rehberge was founded in 1945 after the end of the Second World War under the name SG Rehberge . The sports group consisted mainly of players from the two former Berlin clubs BFC Columbia 1935 and Helios 1919 Berlin . The SG Rehberge did not appear immediately in the higher-class Berlin football, any participation in the Berlin City League did not take place.
From 1947 the club appeared briefly as BFC Rehberge , but merged in 1951 with SC Rehberge to form BSC Rehberge . In the merger year, the BSC succeeded in its first promotion to the Berlin Amateur League , in which the club operated with several interruptions until 1974. The best placings were fourth places in the seasons 1953/54 and 1954/55. Rehberge was clearly behind the later promoters Hertha Zehlendorf and BFC Südring, however, there was no realistic chance of a possible promotion.
In 1974 the BSC rose from the amateur league for the last time due to the league reform (abolition of the Berlin Regionalliga ). 1983 Rehberge reported back for a season in the football league Berlin . With only nine points in the season, the BSC and Preußen Wilmersdorf immediately dismounted. Subsequently, the club sank into the lower-class football of West Berlin . The BSC has been playing in the Landesliga Berlin since the 2015/16 season.

Badminton department
The badminton department of the club in particular can point to national successes. The greatest successes were achieved in the 1960s. The team from Wedding came third in the German team championships in 1965, 1966, 1968 and 1969 . In addition, there are medals won by athletes from BSC Rehberge at the German championships in women's doubles and mixed.
Lacrosse department
The lacrosse club Victoria Lacrosse has existed in the BSC Rehberge since 2002, which initially established a men's team and in 2011 also a women's team. Both teams are successful in the DLaxV division. While the men's team is currently represented by one team in the 1st Bundesliga North / East, the women now have a first team exclusively with members of their own club and a second team as a syndicate in the 1st Bundesliga East.
The Victoria is the patron and namesake of Victoria Lacrosse. The victory spear and laurel wreath in the hand of Victoria symbolize the will to win and the skill of the Victorians. The association is referring to the 8.30 meter high and 35 ton heavy statue of Victoria on the Berlin Victory Column .
