Victoria Shaw
Victoria Shaw (born May 25, 1935 in Sydney , New South Wales , † August 17, 1988 in Sydney, New South Wales) was an Australian actress .
life and career
Victoria Shaw was born as Jeanette Ann Lavina Mary Elizabeth Elphick. In 1956 she received, among other things, a Golden Globe Award in the Best New Actress category for her role as Chiquita in the film Beloved in All Eternity . In 1962 she starred on the side of Roger LaVerne Smith in the series 77 Sunset Strip in the episode The Down Under Caper . The two were married from July 1956 until their divorce in February 1965 and had three children together. She died in Sydney in 1988 at the age of 53 of COPD ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ).
