Victory Challenge
Victory Challenge is a Swedish yacht syndicate.
The team took part in the America's Cup in 2003 and 2007 and was sponsored by the Swedish media company Stenbeck. After the founder's death in January Stenbeck the team found itself in a crisis but could nevertheless through the introduction of Red Bull by Hugo Stenbeck will continue. Skipper is the Swede Magnus Holmberg .
In the Louis Vuitton Cup , the qualifying event for the challenger teams for the America's Cup, the syndicate finished fifth in 2003 with seven total points from the Round Robins . In the hope run of the quarterfinals, Victory Challenge was defeated by the Luna Rossa (Prada) team . The next America's Cup in 2007 also ended the Victory Challenge in fifth place.
