Vieningas Kaunas is a political organization (a group of voters , the so-called 'social election committee ', lit. Visuomeninis rinkimų komitetas , and an association in the legal form Asociacija ) in Kaunas , Lithuania .

It was erected on September 7, 2010. “Vieningas Kaunas” won the 2015 municipal elections in Lithuania in the municipality of Kaunas . She received 35,738 (or 29.64%) votes and 16 seats in the Kaunas City Council . The top candidate was entrepreneur Visvaldas Matijošaitis . In the second ballot on March 15, 2015, he sat down against conservative politicians, former mayor Andrius Kupčinskas, and has been mayor of Kaunas since 2015 .

“Vieningas Kaunas” also won the local elections in 2019 . The electorate received 84,287 (or 65.80%) votes and thus 32 seats in Kaunas City Council . The top candidate was entrepreneur Visvaldas Matijošaitis . He got 101,938 (or 80.75%) Simmen and was selected in the first ballot.
