location

The building is part of a building complex of five rental houses on the ring road around the water tower and extending into Viersener Straße.

architecture

It is a three-storey plastered building with five window axes with a slate and tiled mansard roof . Asymmetrically accentuated by a stepped gable shifted from the center to the right . In addition to the even row of windows, a plinth and a protruding roof cornice take on the horizontal structure. All windows are uniformly designed as vertical rectangles with a flat plaster frame and sharp-edged sills . The two openings in the gable field as well as those of the two dormers flanking on the left are proportioned narrower. The entrance to the house on the left is equally simple. A protection of the building is therefore in the public interest for urban planning and architectural-historical reasons.
