The residential building at Viersener Straße 133 is in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) in the Am Wasserturm district .

The building was built in 1912/14 and entered under No. V 021 on March 28, 1995 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

North of the water tower on the street section facing out of town, which has an almost closed historical row development on both sides. Here the building is part of an ensemble with eight other historical residential buildings, punctually interrupted by two post-war buildings.

architecture

It is a two-storey plastered building with a gable roof and a broad dwarf house . Asymmetrically structured by accentuating the left half of the building by means of a flat arched bay window open on three sides . The horizontal structure is provided by a plinth, floor and protruding eaves cornice . Windows in rhythmic arrangement with varying execution.
