Vigor Industrial is an American shipyard group. It has 12 locations in the Northwest US and Alaska.

In 1995 Frank Foti bought the financially troubled company Vigor Industrial. In 2011, Vigor acquired Todd Pacific Shipyards . In 2014, the Oregon Iron Works company was taken over.
